To lead and oversee sales groups, taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing and reporting overall activities of the assigned Sales Group as per management requirements.
Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to new clients.
Achieving the sales target.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor the monthly sales performance of all zones and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.
Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
Scheduling the movement of sales staff and monitoring their progress.
Counseling and disciplining sales staff.
Visit the dealer point when required.

১০ বছরের বেশি
Without Sales Experience (Food & Beverage Product), need not to apply.
Experience in same or equivalent position will be preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of managing large teams.
Basic knowledge in Excel.
Must be Hard Worker, Self Motivated, Target Oriented.
